After several years working in the makeup industry, organizing and coordinating shoots, fashion shows, and events, Noémie faced a recurring challenge: bringing together a cohesive and efficient artistic team was often challenging. Last-minute availability issues, difficulty finding talents aligned with the brand’s identity… It became clear that a flexible structure was missing.
That’s how AGENCYO was created in 2023.
